Its location was indeed stunning and particularly good, in a quiet neighborhood. The room was exceptionally nice and amazing provided with good AC, a massive double bed, as example. Staff was very kind and excellent - we truly enjoyed that.

I had a great 10-night stay at this place, the owner Patrick was amazing, the room was comfortable and had its own fridge, television, and great AC, everything was fantastic!

It has a microwave oven, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator...

Patrick, our host, was incredibly helpful and always available to answer our questions. The highlight of the property was the beautiful inner garden filled with lush plants and even some turtles - a delightful surprise! The kitchen was well-equipped, including a grill for cooking fish, and we found all the necessary appliances like a microwave, stove, coffee machine, and toaster. The room itself was comfortable with a good bed and television. The only thing missing was a small wardrobe for storing clothes. The location was peaceful, although a bit far from the tourist areas, requiring a 15 to 20-minute walk to the main bay. However, Patrick allowed us to secure our scooter inside, which was greatly appreciated.

this cozy rental in Cozumel exceeded my expectations during my long term stay. The comfortable bed and hot water were a rare luxury in Mexico. The beautiful garden and hummingbirds added a special touch. Quiet yet close to the city center, I highly recommend it!

kitchen could use some updating

We had a great stay for 2 nights and really enjoyed it, especially for the price we paid, the room was comfortable and we had a good bed and a nice kitchen.

We absolutely loved our 5-day stay at Casa Cocoa! the place is beautiful, tranquil, and always clean. the spacious rooms and super comfy mattress made for a perfect stay. the shared kitchen in the garden was convenient and well-equipped, never causing any inconvenience or wait. Plus, the ability to store our scooter in the inner yard was an important bonus.
